Our Team
Nanci Maggio
With a fervor for helping within multi-cultural communities, Nanci Maggio completed a 4-year Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Criminology and Anthropology graduating with honors a double major in the field. She then acquired her Paralegal diploma and became a licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario. She is qualified as both a licensed paralegal and a notary public.
Nanci has worked for Pro Bono Ontario as well as the Department of Justice. She has always been focused on helping people in the community giving back and volunteered with the Elizabeth Fry Society, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and Victim Services Prescott Russell.
Embracing diversity, her goal is to help all people obtain access to justice, her passions lie within Aboriginal, LGBTQ2S+ and mental health communities and trying to make their experiences within the justice system equal to that of their peers.
As well as taking on new challenges that will assist in the growth of knowledge and specialties within the firm. Her fields of concentration are primarily, Small Claims Court proceedings, various Ontario Tribunals, and Criminal Summary Conviction . She is committed to providing her clients with cost-effective and affordable legal services to the highest professional standards.
