Small Claims Court Matters

In the branch of the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, we will deal with clients' civil disputes of a monetary value of up to $ 35, 000.00 (Canadian). If you are a driver, passenger, or pedestrian that has been hurt in an accident, compensation may be available to you in accordance with the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule which is regulated under the Insurance Act., R.S.O. 1990, c. 1.8

Ontario Court of Justice- Provincial Offences Act
In Ontario, the Provincial Offences Act intends to regulate the day-to-day lives of all people living in Ontario. Although considered less serious and regulatory, these offences can still carry serious consequences for the accused upon conviction. Our Paralegals are educated in all 3 parts of the POA and will defend you in accordance with all Acts relevant to the charge of the client.
Ontario Court of Justice - Summary Conviction Offences
As specified in section 787 of the Criminal Code, the maximum penalty for a summary conviction offence is a sentence of 6 months of imprisonment, a fine of $5,000.00, or both. We will fiercely defend our clients in all matters that fall within this jurisdiction.
